I will never buy any dell products again in future. It's a very worst company ever. The customer service of this company is horrible. I faced some problems with my dell laptop. When I called to customer care of dell, their phone was going to busy continuously. I sent a text message on their SMS contact but they did not revert me. I have a laptop of dell, there was a problem with hard disk. Dell service Center professionals are knowledgeable and ready to do help related to a technical issue. I will give them a 5 star rating to the Service support team of Dell. They are not charging any extra cost. 21 May 2015
