Sir, I buy a "Quantum-30MP-PC-Camera-Webcam-Web-Cam-with-8-LED-Light-MIC-Model-QHM500LM" from eBay, on 30 October 2015, and I get my product on 03-November-2015, but it’s not working properly till the date of buying. It not shows the image on screen. It has 1 year warranty, now I want to send my product to your service center for solve my problem. So what are the things will I sent to your service center with my product. Please give me some guide lines about send my product to you and receive from you.
