The staff is extremely careless. Once they realize that you have a coupon they won't treat you with respect like they do to their paying customers. I bought a coupon for choice of 5 services including head massage, facial, manicure, pedicure and wax. Except for waxing, all other services were terrible and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. No one can get waxing wrong! The head massage was good but in the end my hair was so tangled that it looked like a nest on my head. I expected a hair wash but they said that it wasn't part of the deal. I would have expected them to at least wash my hair so that I don't have to go home with oily hair. Facial lasted 7 minutes shocking! Pedicure massage was good but they did not put any nail polish. Again, they would charge extra! For the manicure, she just applied cream on my hands and wiped it off and stood in front of me filing my nails for 30 minutes. For manicure, she held my hand up so high that my hands started hurting.
