Please let me know the formalities required for issue of LPG connection at Rudrapur. I have no ration card. I recently joined Britannia Company in march 2013. I am living Awas Vikas Colony Ring Road Near Rudrapur.

Dear Sir,
My consumer no.32877. I booked the gas on 24 NOVEMBER 2014 from Rudrapur Gas Service Rudrapur Uttrakhand, But as on 07/01/2015, I have not received the cylinder yet. During booking we got assurance for getting the same with in 45 days. Know they are not lifting phone (No.05944243374) toll free NO (18002333555) as tried many times.
Please look into this at the earliest and hoping that strict.
