While complaint about cloths getting torn in washing machine was made, technician from TVS Electronics Ltd without properly inspecting told that drum is to be replaced (though I told that drum may not be the problem) and collected Rs.5305( including labour and services charge and Transportation Cost). But old problem continues even thereafter unable to use machine and unwashed cloths pile up in home. Despite further Complaint 8422256468 till now none bother to attend. Persons while delivering machine after repair claimed that 3 months warranty available & that I book a complaint. Instead of attending to the actual complaint the service provider has used the opportunity to make money. We are also in the dark if the machine was properly serviced. We are liable to believe whatever the technicians say as we have no mechanism to verify their statements. What can poor purchasers of household appliances do? 23 Nov 2015

Sir,
I brought a Samsung Washing Machine one year back. only 4 months of usage which was not working till date. so i registered a complaint on 16.09.2016 through phone (Date is not exact). Only on Monday(30.01.2016) serivice people came and replaced a card. but problem not rectified till date.
I have registered a complaint in two ways,
1. Your Product is not 100% reliability, quality and Original.(Should work atleast 2 Years)
2. Your service is very worst (Poor). person is not qualified from Samsung (Not rectified the problem ). More than 5 Months samsung product is under problem )
The responsible of assigned work for your people is very very poor.
so rectify and solve the problem as soon as possible.

Hi good day
Our Samsung LCD tv power light found blinking and power supply switching on and off automatically. Self removed the AC power supply and pressed the power button on tv for 15 seconds and waited 1 minutes to reconnect the AC power supply, problem still persists.
Kindly help me
