Hello.My name is Konstantin Kalnyi. I'm from Ukraine. I want to register a consulting company in Rajkot. The company director will be a friend of mine from Australia.I would like to ask you for some information:Mr Russell Cunning is asking you some questions:1.Can we register the company without either of the Directors being in India at the time of registration?2.If we can register the company while we are not in India, what documents do you need from us to do so?3.If it is necessary for the Directors to be in India at the time of registration is it possible to have two temporary Directors who can later be replaced?4.Once the company is registered we need to make a contract of employment for myself to be Managing Director so I can get an Employment visa to India.5.Is there any requirement to have an Indian Director in the company?6.What will be your total fees for providing all of the services required, including preparing an Employment Contract for me showing a salary of $30,000 USD?I
