I gave a ladies shirt for dry cleaning about a month back when I went to take the delivery I found it totally damaged. Till now there has been no sense of responsibility on the part of the shopkeeper what to talk about compensation. They even asked me to visit the shop many times before we found that nothing will be done about it. I now plan to take this to consumer forum and ask for my right of compensation amounting around 2500 rupees. 10 Feb 2017
