To buy a product of Sony Ericsson has proved wrong for me. Hello, my name is Subhash from Mumbai. Sometime ago, I bought a Sony Ericsson mobile phone for my mother. I had bought this mobile phone because I well heard that the functions of the mobile phone are so simple but I heard wrong. When I took the phone at home, I founded that the function of the mobile is too much difficult for my mother. Even I could not understand some function of the phone. Sony Ericsson mobile phones are very awesome product of the Sony Company. I and my wife have the mobile phones of Sony Ericsson brand. We are using these mobile for last three years and we never face any type of technical problem. We purchased these mobile phones on very cheap price and we got a good product at too much less cost. But I saw that there are no such features in the mobile phone which are shown on the box of the mobile. I am too much disappointed right now. I have purchased the new Sony Ericsson mobile from Sony Ericsson customer care center. After some time there was some problem created in new Sony Ericsson mobile. The battery was not charging properly. So I went Sony Ericsson customer care center and checked my new mobile. They checked the mobile and repaired in free of cost.
