Subject: Non-release of family pension of widow of ex sepoy of Army and LTA even after 11 month of pensioners death.
Respected Sir,
I would like to draw your kind information that my father-in-law Sh Jit Singh ex Sep So., number 7054561 and PPO number D/4164/71 was drawing pension through your esteemed bank vide account number 53702729983. He was demise on 14th August 2015. The death information was given to the PDA Branch at Beri Haryana. His pension was stopped immediately and he was paid with pension up to July 2015 only. Now his wife Mrs Ram Kaur has opened a saving bank account bearing number 65244508503 at Beri and applied for family pension. More than 10 month passed but her family pension has yet not been released. On inquiring from PDA we are getting only one answer that we have forwarded the file to head office (CPPC). Therefore your good office is requested to look into the matter and direct the concerned officers/officials to release the family pension.

I am Mrs Kuldeep Brar Family Pensioner holder of Pension account 65079945755 at SBP-Nihalsinghwala.I am 86 yrs old and have submitted NSC's of Rs 350,000 to my branch to avoid TDS.In pension for July16 out of my total pension of Rs59528 a sum of Rs 12415 has been deducted as TDS and only Rs 47113 has been credited as pension.I am a family pensioner (widow) of 86 years age and I have been told that TDS is not be deducted at source fr family pensioners and also I have submitted copies of my NSC investment of Rs 350,000 to my Nihalsinghwala Branch .So please stop deducting TDS from my monthly pension from month of Aug16.Thanking you . As per OROP tables, my basic pension for Col rank of 27Yrs service is Rs 34,835/-

But I am still being paid a basic of Rs 27,795/- as per my PPO

Thus there is a difference of Rs 34,835 -- Rs 27795= Rs 7040/- ; Add interest for late payment/ Non Payment
Add to this DA @ 125% = Rs 8800
Total Difference per month = Rs 15840/-

Revised pension order of Vibha R Dureha , holder of PPO no. 713171500517 issued for revised pension on 5.9.2017 was addressed to CPPC, State Bank of Patiala. During that time SBP was merged in SBI and my account (No.55155114037) was transferred to SBI in branch SCO 20, Sector 56, Gurgaon . But this letter of revised pension (which was issued under SSA) is not traceable in CPPC, SBI, due to which my pension has not been revised even after one year of this letter.
