Will it be possible if i can get the insurance and evaluation at my home

My Car insurance is from OIC New Delhi. It met with accident at Roorkee on 28 May 12. I got it repaird at Uttakahand Hyndai Roorkee. The name of surveyer is Mr Rajiv Gupta. I paid their bill in cash. Mr Rajiv Gupta has submitted his report to you on 11 Jun 12 but the same is not yet received at Branch office Delhi. My Car No. is DL 2C AB 8603. Surveyer report no is RG/298/06/2012/OIC Delhi dated 11 Jun 11. My policy No. is 215400/31/2013/1269. please forward the report to New Delhi at the earliest so that money can be re-imbursed at the earliest. I have paid a huge money for repair. Thank u.
