I had a very bad experience with this Builder. Never delivers the project on time. He keeps escalating the cost of construction for his fault. The builder is rude with the customer and threatens to quit the project and asks the customer to pay for moving out of the project. Unprofessional approach and the quality of construction is also poor. Builder is Mr.Unreliable. My advise is don't engage this unreliable Builder. 15 Nov 2011
