I visited your outlet in Solan and needed to by a product on which a freebie was mentioned but it was not kept along with item. When I asked at counter they started showing some another product whose worth is 1/3 of the one which was mentioned on the item. I asked 4-5 salesmen but no one was anxious to show me actual item. Neither is was able to find any responsible person who could have taken a decision on selling the product. In fact one said if freebie not there this item will be scrabbed.
