I have a business of dairy products. I purchased a deep freezer of Voltas Company last month for my shop. Few days it worked very well and fine, but after ten or fifteen days it started over freezing products in it. The packets of the milk freeze too much. Voltas Air Conditioner is the best air conditioner which I have ever used. Before it, I used two more company's AC but they failed to satisfy me. Five months ago, my husband purchased Voltas air conditioner from the showroom of Voltas. The company often says that their products are best, but when we bought its product we came to know the reality. The air conditioner is totally worthless and started creating problem after four months. Voltas Customer Care team did not give any response of our complaints. 15 Jun 2015
