Hello Sir/Madam, I am Chandan Joshi. I had bought IBM Laptop two years ago. For many days its touch pad and keyboard is not working properly. I went to the IBM Service Center for service. I submitted the laptop at the service center. They told me that it will get back me after 5 days. I visited again at the service center after 7 days and they replied me that it has not been repaired yet. I am not happy with this type of services. 02 Jul 2015
