I have applied for Australian process almost I have got my process cleared the only problem is that Visa officers has asked for last five year taxed document. Now second thing is that my father is running his business by my name(My Pan Number) and he had filed and cleared all tax documents till now.I am doing job and unfortunately i have never file tax on my job.My questions are:Can I file tax of last five years now?Can a person can file tax at the same time if he runs a business(as my father is running business by my name) and employed (myself)?what about penalty?Is there any solution
