Pradesh in the north, Uttar Pradesh in the East and also bounded by the Shivalik hills. Yamuna Nagar is
a city of rivers, as many rivers like Yamuna, Sarasvati, Chautang, Rakshi, Somb and Boli meet with it.
Instead of many Pollution issues such as severe air, water and soil pollution; city plays an important
role in industrial growth of Haryana, companies like Shri Gopal Paper Mills and Saraswati Sugar Mills
share main credit of city's Industrial growth. City has also earned name in production of sugarcane and
plywood as many units have been successfully established here.
