Hello all of you, my brother decided to purchase a new television for home so he took a new television of AOC Company. The look, sound quality, and picture clarity all features were superb. Now the three years have passed and that AOC television is working very well till now. I want to recommend all of you that if you ever want to purchase any electronic appliance, then try once AOC brand and you will love it. Last year I purchased a brand new AOC TV on the occasion of Diwali from a showroom. The dealers gave me two year warranty on that TV. The television was working very well, but just after three months it started creating problem in the picture. The picture which it appears was not so clear. So I made a complaint through a call to the customer care of AOC but the customer care executive was so lazy he did not hear me properly and disconnected the call. Hello, my name is Shilpa Malhotra from Mumbai. Last month, I bought AOC LED TV from its authorized showroom. But I founded that the LED TV's screen stopped showing picture. Then I decided to make a call to customer care team. Firstly, they did not talk with me in a correct way and they told me that they will send an agent for repair. Last year my elder brother gifted me a new Android mobile phone of AOC Company. Firstly, I was unhappy to get this mobile because I never heard before about this brand. Now a one year has passed, but the mobile is working very well. It never creates any type of technical or other problem. I was wrong about this brand. It is very awesome brand. Last week my little brother threw a glass on my computer and the screen of its LCD got damaged. Then my father told me to purchase a new monitor for our computer. When I went to the shop they gave us AOC monitor. The shopkeeper told that it will be a long lasting product, but he did fraud with us. The AOC Company is so poor that its monitor worked only a week and started creating problems. I am very disappointed with this brand. Never choose AOC brand in your whole life. 13 Jul 2015

Last year I purchased the new Monitor from AOC customer care center. After some time there was some problem created in my new Monitor. So I called to AOC customer care center and complaint about this problem. After one day the engineer came at my home and checked the issue and resolved it in free of cost.
