Last month I bought an Asus laptop. After some time there was a problem occurred on my laptop. I went to Asus customer care center and the engineer checked the problem. The problem was in the motherboard and the engineer repaired it. My laptop was in warranty period that's why they haven't charged me. It was my great experience with Asus customer care. 05 Jun 2015
