They have given broadband connection tender to some individual. That person is completely unprofessional. I wanted a broadband connection, now all I am left with is a landline connection as the person isn’t showing up to activate broadband, gives irrelevant excuses .I wanted to complain regarding the matter but bsnl did not provide any help whatsoever. They said they can’t help in such situation. They can only help when the broadband is activated pathetic service. 03 Oct 2016
