We have installed an Aquaguard water purifier three months back. Now it is not working. This is the third occasion it become out of order. Last one week we have complained several times, but we have not received any response from your local office. While installing we never expect this kind of service from company like Eureka. 23 Oct 2015

I had paid to 1.23 lakhs to Eureka Forbes for CCTV cameras around four months back, not installed so far, calling customer care-but no use, not given any invoice for the supplied items, had given to customer complaint, no use, finally I wrote a letter to customer care- no use. What is this company? What way you can call it as a corporate company, if it is corporate company please attend to my issue, or take back all the items what you have supplied. 24 Aug 2015

I feel that there is a worst response from Eureka Forbes after sales service, I have lodged a request for relocating the device to my new Address both the tech person and customer care female are playing with me by not attending the request from 5 days, This has made me feel that neither one should buy the EF product in their lifetime. I used to get calls from the Jaynagar branch and the number is 918046725555 which they are given false names and laughing being the call was going on. 17 Jun 2015

My aquaguard classic is not working since three days. Even after having placed a complaint no technician has called or come to fix it. Now no one is receiving the helpline number in Bangalore since yesterday. A sic song plays over and over again. Pathetic service. 03 Nov 2012

It looks like an deliberate attempt by the company to rob the customers of their talktime money by making them wait for more than 3-4 mins on an average.
Again the customer service executive doesn't give any ref no. Even they register the complaint very late after a long wait time and no service technician reaches or calls you to resolve the issue. Still waiting since last 8 days. ref no. 76861348

Hi,
I have taken 2 year Annual maintenance in Aug 2013.
So for only 1 time received the service in whole year.
I have raised complaint for 5 times, till now not received any solution.
You should extend the AMC for this delay.

I have a Eureka Forbes Aqua Filter which is UV model one and it is not working from the last two days. Trying to connect the Eureka Forbes Customer care number it is not picked by anybody. Kindly do the service as soon as possible. Please provide your contact no of the service provider.

Dear Sir, Ref: 82943805, the complaint was not at all solved for the past 7 days and we are keep on calling the customer care. We have all the documents and do not force us to approach the consumer court, we have paid the AMC charges to your company and you are supposed to rectify the defects.
