HI Tech RO Customer Care service is really good. Last week my RO system did not work properly. So I complaint its customer care number. After one day the engineer came at my home and installed new RO System. They have not taken any charges. It was free of cost. Thanks a lot Hi Tech RO Customer Care. 09 Jul 2015

It is the one of a good product for home usage. I am so happy and satisfied with the use of this product. When I need to change germ kill kit, I called the customer care and they sent an engineer boy to change it. The same day they replaced the germ kill kit with new one.
