I have travelled with IndiGo Airlines and it is very bad airline company. The service of the airline was so poor and pathetic. The staff of the airline was not helpful. Enquiry about concession for CISF and their dependent family members
Madam/Sir, I am a retired Asst. Commandant from CISF. I wish to travel Bangalore with my wife. What documents you require for concessional booking and documents should carry while travelling? I have pensioner Identity card issued by CISF on retirement. Whereas my wife has CGHS card copy attached. No separate dependent card has been issued for her.
Please clarify the following:-
1) Documents to carry by self and dependent while travelling
2) Documents required to establish dependency of spouse.
3) No. of times this concession can be availed.
4) Any other restrictions for any place or time with all conditions.

Please reply at the earliest.
