Brigadier Mohan Thomas It is not heartening to see the existing reviews. I do not think that any one in a senior managerial position has ever bothered to see the reviews or taken the trouble to sort out the issues. What is the solution available to a customer to have his problem sorted out? For almost three weeks, I have been trying to sort out the issue of not receiving OTP for transferring funds. I have approached IOB, Meenambakkam several times. I have tried to obtain OTP through voice mail by calling 09289034567 and I get a message that my account has no PIN number. How is one expected to pay bills in time? Will IOB take responsibility for disconnection of Electricity? Banks do not have cash to give. As a senior citizen who has crossed the age of seventy, I am at a loss to know how to settle the issue. Your customer care is an apology. Please discontinue toll free number, if you cannot respond. Why don't you give us the personal number of the persons who can take action to sort out important issues? 16 Jan 2017

Vikrant Sinha My decision to open my saving account in Indian Overseas Bank has proved wrong for me. The way the bank attracts the customers is very different from reality. The bank offers very less interest on saving amount and a lot of formalities have to be done to apply for a loan. 05 Jun 2015

Due to power failure cash was not dispensed but it got debited.
Written complaint is given in IOB, Vandalur branch.
But so far, have not received my money.
Kindly make arrangements to credit the same immediately as it is more than 12 days after transaction.
