There are many good building contractors and developers are available. Please proceed with them. But don't go with the useless and money minded person Chairmen Yacoob Ali, Gunaseakran and his wife (Sarala Devi) are cheating. They are not to construction business. I have purchased 3BHK without bore well facility. They have shown building plan something and constructed something else. Please avoid. 21 Nov 2015

We purchased a 2 BHK flat named JEY YES ORCHID Homes in 2008 from JEYYES Builders in South Madipakkam and we had a worst experience with this builder. Any one deciding to approach for a flat/house will rethink twice with this builder. I am not satisfy from the services. 06 Jul 2015
