Praneet Hans is here. I have bought the Voltas Tow Truck. Initially it worked good to pick the material. But from the last one week it is not working well. When it picks the material, just gets hang in between. The technician of service center came to see this. He repaired the problem and told me that He would repair it within three hours. The technician could have a lack of knowledge about how to repair the Hand Pallet Truck. The technician came to make its repair. After that it worked only for two days. Again, I called the technician, he came and sort the problem. But again, it worked for two days only. Kindly send the technician who handles this problem well in only one visit. 09 Jul 2015

It is shameful for you guys. I have called many times to the service center executive of Voltas. There was a problem in my Electric AC Forklift that is 1.5T/2T. I called the executive; he told me that he would reach to me within 3 hours. After 5 hours when again i called, the executive said that he would reach to me within 3 hours. Thus, i have called about 10 times. But no technician reached to me. 09 Jul 2015

The biggest mistake of my life to bought the side shifter of Voltas. That worked only for six months well after that it is creating lots of problem. Some time it automatic stops work and automatically starts the work. The technician has solved the problem but only for one week. Again the problem is there, again the engineer was called and the problem is not solved. Tell me, should i have to call him again and again? 09 Jul 2015

Its Voltas Bale Clamp that i have bought. As it stopped to work then i took it to the service center of Voltas Bale Clamp. It was Kion India Private Limited. When i showed this to the technician, he made its repair. I am glad that it started to work again but this is not a good thing that the worker charged me extra even i have a warranty of this product. 09 Jul 2015

Hi, I am using Automatic Forklift, The model is The DVX 50 Max Series, and I appreciate the services of Voltas through this model which is much energetic. Per day it works for a long hours. Raghuveer Singh is here. I am in this business from the last 5 years. Never found this kind of mistake in my whole life. I purchased warehouse equipment the model is TLX 20 BOPT. During the time, i bought this, the dealer told me that it would work for a long time and long hours but not did as the dealer said. I need to take work with this at least 8 hours but it works only for 5 hours even the technician is fail to increase its speed. What to do for another hours. 09 Jul 2015
