I am using Morphy Richards Mixer Grinder from last one year. The blades of this mixer grinder are not so sharp. The quality of this mixer grinder is very poor. The company mentioned high quality, but provide smallest jar with rust top. I am unhappy and not satisfied with the purchase of this product. 10 Jun 2015

Bought Mixer/juicer/grinder from EZONE Gurgaon Central on 26Jan 2013,the main jar got cracked,logged complaint, engineer came but it's not in stock till date. now i m not able to use mixer,n running after them for repair, such a poor response and above all QUALITY 02 Mar 2013

are based at Mumbai, and they provide us local numbers of service persons which are i.e switched off are nor reacable. sucha poor service of bajaj/Murphy Richard appliances. I bought mixer juicer grinder on 26th Jan 2013 from EZONE GUR 02 Mar 2013
