Hello Sir/Madam, I am Suryansh Mahajan. I have Voltas Vertis elite 1 ton split Air Conditioner. I wanted to service of my Air Conditioner. So, I did call on Samsung Air Conditioner customer care number for the technician. But I was a bad experience for me. Because customers care executives of Voltas are not picking coal. I have Volta air conditioner and purchased it before six months. It created a problem in cooling. I logged my complaint in customer care and the technician came to my house. He checked the issue and fixed it. He told me the charge was one thousand and visiting charges was extra. I am unhappy and not satisfied with their services. 11 Jun 2015

I have a water cooler of Voltas company. I bought it six months ago. Now, It is not cooling the water. I have lodged many complaints about it on customer care number. One day,a service person came and told me that it's gas is empty. So, gas will fill. But after that he has not come back yet. I called many times on customer care number. Please never purchase Voltas Air conditioner. Because, I had purchased Air conditioner this company few months ago. From the starting time, its fan is not working properly. It is not giving cooling.
