Platinum service center Fatima nagar is worst service being done there. Service Engineer doesn't attend the vehicles serviced by them and don't take up any questions asked for and send someone else to answer, lack of responsibility and communication. Service hand is not proper skilled. If parts are not functioning they don't repair just push to replace for new parts. Overall platinum auto owner lacks responsibility and don't supervise. Once they replaced my battery and they lost my Allen key and when I asked for it they tell me to buy it from outside for their carelessness. We are putting money for a good service and you repay with a horrible one. An utter Embarrassment for us as it would not bother due to your habitual behavior. 02 Mar 2016
