I am not satisfied with Reliance Digital TV Customer Care. Last month, I took the connection of Reliance Digital TV. But after ten days, sound problem is created in set of box. So I Contacted to customer care number of Reliance Digital TV. But they did not provide accurate information. I am not happy with Reliance Digital TV Customer Care. 06 Jul 2015

I have the worst experience with Reliance Digital TV. I installed reliance digital TV connection last month. After three or four days of installation it created problems in setup box. I called to customer care so many times, but no one picked my call. I also sent mail but did not get any revert from them. I am unhappy and not satisfied with their customer services. 12 Jun 2015

customer care services of reliance digital tv is worst. After requesting since last 15 days their reply remain their is tech ,your accout is not assess,please call after some time. I suggest to all other friends not to purchase the reliance digital/Big Tv connection. 29 Apr 2013

we are the subscriber of reliance big tv. our smart card no. is 2009 3446 1012 in the name of sunil kumar jain at 58/04 sector 1 pushp vihar saket new delhi 110017.the remote system of our set box is not working for last 5 days hence we are not able to view TV. we have been complaining for the faulty remote at their customer care no. 1800 200 9001 from 23.7.2013 but to no avail every time they say that youy complaint has been forwarded. Kindly let us know what to do with their irresponsible attitude. thanks. sunil kumar jain
