I am not satisfied with Tata Sky Customer Care. I want to take a new connection of Tata Sky. So I had to call the customer care number of Tata Sky. But the Tata sky executive did not provide proper information about the connection. So I am not happy with Tata Sky Customer Care. 06 Jul 2015

Hello, i am from Mumbai. I took the connection of Tata Sky. But after few days some channels are missing. So I had call Tata Sky Customer Care Number. They said wait one day only. I replied them OK. After one day all channels are showing on TV. So I very impressed of Tata Sky Customer Care. Thanks a lot. 06 Jul 2015

Very poor technical support. Poor quality of reception since installation on 18 Sep 12. No action taken, inspite of numerous complaints to customer care and also speaking to the supervisors at customer care. 26 Sep 2012

I recharge my tata sky ID No. 1127970448 every month I am being given different dates to deposit my monthly recharge amount.
I pay only Rs. 230 for the recharge but this month tata sky has demanded Rs. 279 for recharge of this month up to 12.02.2014.
They do not pick customer care number if they have started any additional channel apart from my last package of channel. Please stop it at the instant.
