I wanted to purchase a new Tata Safari Storme. I went to the Tata showroom with my friend. I saw so many car models of Tata company. Tata Motors customer care staff gave the full attention to their customers. I took a test drive and after that I bought this car. Last month I had purchased the Tata Zest car from Ex showroom New Delhi. When I went to Tata showroom, I seem that the staff of the showroom was well mannered. They attend me very well and understood all the features of Tata Zest to me. I found all the best features in this car. It is my worst experience with TATA Motors Customer Care. I bought a new car from a TATA company. After a few days of purchasing, I found there was a problem in Ac. It was not working properly. I went to TATA Motors Customer Care and told them my problem, but there was no one who listens to my problem. The behave of the TATA Motors Customer Care staff was very rude. 29 Jun 2015
