A few days ago I installed new Tikona broadband connection. The executive man of the company told me that I was getting 300 mbps speed. But my internet speed was too much slow, so I called to Tikona customer care so many times but they did not check the problem. I will never recommend Tikona broadband services to others. 25 Jun 2015

Tikona is one of the worst broadband services. Last week I registered complaint with Tikona customer care regarding Tikona broadband connection problem. They sent an executive to check the problems. He fixed the connection problems, but after two days the same problem happened again. I called Tikona customer care again, but no one picks up my call. I had never seen any problem with this broadband and the speed of connection is fast and very good. I can use YouTube and download anything without any problem.
