My overall experience with Star Health and Allied Insurance Customer Care is an average. Star Health and Allied Insurance Customer Care staff is always ready to solve the customer's issue, but they took too much time in all procedure. I claimed for my health insurance policy, after doing all paper formalities. They took one month time to approve my policy claim. 26 Jun 2015
