Sir, on 9th September I had purchased Amul Pure Ghee from your shop in Gurgaon. The Pure Ghee is adulterated with Dalda. Please take necessary action to replace the Ghee and also change the agent from whom you are procuring stuff. In case no action is taken I will go to consumer court and also use social media to publicize this experience. 15 Sep 2017

Not a good customer care service, I had a bad experience with Vishal Mega Mart Customer care service, I had received a Gift Voucher from the Vishal Mega Mart, Narela, Delhi, Store on purchase. When i went to get the voucher redeem after one month, I was told Validity period expired, However there was clearly mention on the voucher “This voucher is valid for three months from the date of issue". There was another declaration stamped on the voucher. I asked to the Store manager about the misdeclaration, but he simply denied entertaining the complaint. I then write to myvishal.com about the issue and i got replay this is a different company hence we are not able to help you out. I contacted to customer care and left massage to contact me. I am lawyer by profession and practiceing in supreme court of india I have visited your store on 16/06/2021 at vvip mall Rajnagar extension ghaziabad after purchasing I made a part payment in cash and remaining tried to make through SBI dabit card . Your cash counter attendent swept my card for the payments of Rs 1050 and the same debited from my account but receipt came out decline transection he told me your transection has been declined and my amount will be created in my account after some time if it will not done then u can provide m ur account statement detail and transection declined receipt the we will return ur amount . I have visited your store and provided my account statement detail but till today I have not received my amount.I have also called so many times on mobile number 991087274 but no satisfactory reply from your side so u are requested to send my amount with in 24 hour otherwise I will take legal action your act is criminal breach of trust n caused mental hareshm
