The work of wonder- Panch Mandir (Five Temples)
As the name of the monument suggests, Panch Mandir, Kapurthala is one place where FIVE TEMPLES have been constructed together. The beauty of the Panch Mandir lies in the fact that just at the entrance door one can see all the five idols that have been erected and established. This Panch Mandir is open to people of all faiths. Anyone can come and pay their obeisance here. It was built during the reign of Sardar Fateh Singh.
It reflects the marvelous architecture of Kapurthala’s vibrant history. Everyday thousands of devotees throng this temple seeking eternal peace and happ0iness. It also is of huge interest to archeologists who find this construction an extraordinary piece of work.
