Hi, this is Sarojini Aggarwal. I am from Delhi. Last night I was using the internet services and open the Samsung customer care website. There are lots of products available on this website. I selected some items like washing machine, refrigerator and so on. The overall amount of these products around 20,000 thousand, But after the discount they gave the amount of rupees 15,000. Hello Sir/Madam, My name is success. I had bought Samsung Split Air Conditioner last year. My Air Conditioner has stopped giving cooling from the 28th of May 2015. I have also made compliant on Samsung Air Conditioner customer care number. On 2nd June 2015, they sent a service engineer for repair to the air conditioner. Service engineer came to our home and told that there was a gas leak problem. He fixed the problem that day. I have paid Rs 2000 for repair of my air conditioner. But some days later, the same problem occurred again. I have called many times on service engineer, but he is not responding. So bad services of Samsung 19 Jun 2015

I called to service person of Samsung and he charged me Rs 5000. After 3 months similar problem again occurred. This is a worst service. I have never seen.
