Hi, I am using Videocon D2H services from last one year. But last week I faced some problem in Videocon Channels. The channels are not working properly. So I Complaint Videocon D2H Customer Care. I agree with you Shweta, my complaint is regarding the service and their response was very late after two days the man called engineer has came and told there is a problem with wire and have to change.
Its been now a week no one has turn up even after spoken with manager.
Do anyone can trust this company. When we are paying on time and being a customer its our right to get the service back. 11 Jul 2014

This is very disgusting to comment about service of Videocon D2H.
When any rain fall or weather issue, it does not work.
From last 2 days i am not getting any signal and no support also.

It is my mistake to switch on Videocon. and thanks to realise that.

I will change plan soon.
